The Checkbox
Sometimes the where conditions are a bit cryptic. At run-time, you want the option to include the condition –without any code showing. For this we have the checkbox.
Checkbox works the same as prompt except you don’t have to enter any value. Either include or exclude the condition:
The internal identification of the salesman is a number. The person printing the report may know the names, but not the internal identification. The checkbox makes it easy:
We made the date default to include and all the salespersons optional. Up to 8 prompts can be included on a single Quiz report.
