You can also add, edit and delete contacts directly in the Purchase Order edit window:

The point of all this is to populate the email dialog when printing the Purchase Order:

Select the Email option for the email dialog. The Purchase Order is generated as a PDF attachment:

You can also add, edit and delete contacts from the popup Name field:
